When powerful section divides human to create Vulnerability, Human Rights unites human to establish humanity.

What are Human Rights ?

These are the basic and fundamental rights that help us sustain a peaceful life by ensuring self respect, freedom and equality in the society. These rights help to reduce the barrier like cast, creed, religion etc. which is set by powerful section of the society.

Right to Equality

All are equal under the eyes of law irrespective of cast, creed, clan, gender, religion or country. Rights to equality protect the sense of equality. Difference and inequality is prohibited during employment, promotion in the name of cast , religion place of birth and gender.

It prevents discrimination to anyone in the mater of employment, justice, opportunity in the grounds of cast, religion, place of birth, states, gender, etc.

Right to Freedom:

Freedom simply mean to freely and respectfully. It protects the self respect of human and prevent emotional torture by any power section of the society.

It provides various rights like freedom of association, freedom of movement in the teritory of the nation, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of expression etc.

Right against exploitation :

This right helps to raise a voice against exploitation by the Powerful section of the society, by the Government or Institutions.

It prevents human trafficking, child labour, forced labour without remuneration sexual exploitation etc.

Right to freedom of Religion

It enable a person is free to choose religion. If a person find its belief in a particular religion he or she can follow and practice that religion.

Every states treat all religion equally. A nation should be secular and respect all religion. All person of the country has freedom of preach and freedom of pray.

Right to Culture and Education :

It ensure s that it is the right of every child to aspire education.

Right to culture protects the language, crafts, cultural heritage, religious minorities.

Right to constitutional remedies:

If the Fundamental rights of person is violated then the person can ask to the supreme court for the enforcement against the violation.

Right to Privacy:

Though there is freedom of speech, no one can speaks anything to anyone in any means. To protect that right to privacy helps to privatize some emotion and practices.

Why Human Rights is important ?

Human rights is important if we spread human rights then we spread awareness, educate people. Sequentially Government and Institutions start following the rule. Finally sense of freedom and equality can be preserved.

If we deep dive into history, we find those people who are powerful of the society, they set their own rule as per their convenience and derail from ethics of society. They became a threat or danger to the Humanity.

The weaker section came under the bad influence of powerful section and start tolerating torture, slavery, vulnerability. The day passed, weaker becomes more weak in different standards set by powerful section like cast, cred, colour, clan, religion, country etc. This inhumane practice followed generation by generation.

Time is always powerful even from powerful section. It run in a circle. Isn’t it. Those oppressed section loaded with slavery, torture, start revolting, finds its own way to achieve freedom and equality.

To refrain from slavery, torture, differences, Human Rights helps to become voice for the Human being to uplifts their rights to sustain comfortably.
